How do i get my shipping label?

You should have received an automatic email with your shipping label attached. Please check your inbox for an email from Refundid with the subject line: 'Day(s) Left To Add Tracking' or 'Noah the Label Instant Refund Confirmation'

What do i do if my item is faulty?

Please contact our Customer Service Team via email at info@noahthelabel.com.au – you may be eligible for a free return label. Once you have the return label, you can still receive your instant refund through Refundid by following the prompts and selecting ‘I have a return shipping label’.

Does it cost extra for a Instant Refund?

No, Instant Refunds are free and no further charges will be applied to be able to receive an instant refund.

My instant refund was unsuccessful.

Before re-attempting your refund, please double-check your eligibility, and feel free to reach out to info@noahthelabel.com.au for confirmation. If your refund is unsuccessful, please follow the steps below:

  1. Re-attempt processing your refund.
  2. Try using a different bank account.

RETURNS POLICY

At NOAH THE LABEL, we stand by the quality of our product. Your satisfaction is important to us.

If you change your mind for any reason, you are welcome to return it back to us within 30 days of lacing your order. We offer refunds, exchanges and store credits subject to the following conditions:

 

RETURNING CONDITION

Item/s must be returned in original condition, unworn and unaltered. If merchandise is returned despite these conditions your return will be sent back to you at an additional charge; Earrings can not be returned due to health and safety regulations.

 

FINAL SALE ITEMS

We unfortunately cannot offer refunds on items marked as Final Sale. Orders placed before or after a Sale event cannot have the discount applied to their order. Black Friday orders are a final sale and can not be returned.

Full-priced items are eligible for a full refund, unless purchased with Afterpay

 

AFTERPAY, SEZZLE, ZIP PAY

Orders placed with the above payment methods are only eligible for a store credit or exchange;

 

DISCOUNT CODE

Orders placed with a promo code that discounts the order (excluding our Welcome 10% Offer) are only eligible for a store credit or exchange;

 

PRE ORDERS

Preorders, all of our pieces are crafted in limited quantities, each item purchased on preorder is made especially for you and reserved in our shipment. For this reason, we ask that you choose carefully as we cannot offer a refund for any pre ordered items.

Occasionally delays can occur and we appreciate your patience, we promise your beautiful Noah The Label is well worth the wait! In the unlikely circumstance that the delay exceeds 30 days we may consider a refund upon request.

RETURN SHIPPING

We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the return’s timeframe. Store-credit notes are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

Original shipping charges and duties and taxes are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. Noah takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. We encourage you to return your item/s via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by Noah

 

PROCESSING TIME FOR RETURNS

We endeavour to process refunds daily but please allow up to 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive email notification of when our team has received your return and again when it has been processed. To get an instant refund, please select Instant Refund and you will be paid out your refund upon lodgement.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty garment. Please contact our Customer Care team info@noahthelabel.com.au with your order number and images of the fault and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible. 

Colour tarnishing is not considered a fault as we can not control how the product is handled once it has left our warehouse. 

Please note that faulty items purchased from a NOAH stockists are required to returned to the place of purchase.
