How should I care for my Noah The Label pieces?
Avoid putting the jewellery in salt water or any oil based substance for extended periods of time. Take off when sleeping, avoid harsh chemicals.
Always remove your jewellery before exercising, washing your hands or showering. Apply make up, creams, perfume and hair products before you put on your jewellery items.
Clean with fresh water and frequently polish with a polishing cloth to maintain shine on your pieces
I have entered the wrong shipping address, can I change it?
Please contact Customer Care right away, if your order hasn’t been shipped we can change your address. If your order has been shipped you will need to get in touch with the shipping carrier to redirect your parcel.
I forgot to enter my discount code, can you add it in?
Once an order has been made we cannot add/amend discount code. You can always save it for your next purchase.
Do you have Buy Now, Pay Later apps available?
Yes, we have Klarna, AfterPay, Sezzle, and Zip Pay available as well as PayPal.
Can I get a refund on my Gift Card?
Gift card & credit notes are non-refundable. We can return funds back onto the giftcard only.

Our shipping costs vary depending on location and which service you choose. At checkout, we offer the below options.
Standard Shipping - $6.00 (Free on orders over $59.00)
Express Shipping - $12.00
New Zealand - $18.00

Who are our shipping carriers?
we currently utilise AUSPOST for all domestic orders, and Seko Logistics or AUSPOST for all international orders.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we provide worldwide shipping. We offer global shipping to all destinations.
How do pre-orders get dispatched?
If you have a pre order style, we will fulfil your order within 1-2 days once it has arrived at our warehouse. Dispatched in order of date of purchase.
Can I get my other items sent out before my pre-order?
Unfortunately, we do not offer split shipment on orders that include a pre order item.
If you would like to receive your other items first, we highly recommend putting through two seperate orders.
When will I receive tracking?
You will receive your tracking link as soon as your order is fulfilled by our team.

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns on items within our Archive Sale.
