Resizing Your Timepiece

Looking for a more tailored fit?
Follow our guide to adjust your metal band.

STEP 1

IDENTIFY HOW MANY LINKS TO REMOVE.

Place the watch on your wrist and gently pinch the band together to see how many links you’d like removed. This depends on whether you prefer a tailored or slightly looser fit.

STEP 2

LOCATE THE RESIZING TOOL

Twist the black nozzle anti-clockwise to open the resizing tool. This creates enough space for your watch band to sit securely while removing the pins.

STEP 3

POSITION THE WATCH CORRECTLY

Place the timepiece into the resizing tool with the Noah face upright. Position it on the far right side of the tool so that the silver pin will be pushed from left to right.

One side of the pin has a rounded “flush end”, and the other has a diamond-shaped “split end” which acts as a stopper.

You must push the flush end so that the split end exits first.

STEP 4

REMOVE THE FIRST PIN

Turn the nozzle clockwise to push the pin through as far as the tool allows, ensuring the split end is pushed out first.

Some resistance is normal - you will see the pin gradually emerge on the other side.

STEP 5

PULL OUT THE PIN

Once the pin has been pushed through most of the way, use your fingers to remove it completely.

Set the pin aside so you can reassemble the band later.

STEP 6

REMOVE THE REQUIRED NUMBER OF LINKS

Repeat the pin-removal process on the second pin for the link(s) you wish to remove.

Take out any additional links needed to achieve your desired fit.

STEP 7

RECONNECT THE BRACELET

Once the correct number of links has been removed, realign the two ends of the band.

Insert the flush end of the pin back through the bracelet in the opposite direction it was removed.

(If the Noah face is upright, insert the flush end from the right, so the split end goes in last.)

STEP 8

SECURE THE PIN

The pin should slide most of the way through by hand. A small section will remain exposed.

Use the flat end of the resizing tool to gently tap the pin until it sits fully flush with the bracelet.
