At Noah The Label, we stand by the quality of our products, and your satisfaction is important to us.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will happily offer a refund within 30 days of receiving your jewelry or belt, subject to the following conditions:

  • Earrings: Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer returns or exchanges on earrings. Please keep this in mind when placing an order.
  • Cancellations: Please be aware that if you have placed an order, we are unable to cancel it once it has been processed. Our team works diligently to ensure that orders are fulfiled promptly, which means that as soon as your order enters the processing stage, it cannot be motifled or cancelled.
  • Discount Code: We are unable to provide a refund on any order made with a discount code.
  • Archive Sale Items: We do not offer returns or exchanges on orders from our Archive Sale, as these are all final sale products.
  • Pre-Order Items: If you have ordered a pre-order item, we can only offer a store credit or exchange, as each item is specially reserved and made for you.
  • Gift Cards: We do not offer returns on gift cards.
  • Condition of Items: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty product. Please note that color tarnishing is not considered a fault, as we cannot control how the product is handled once it leaves our warehouse.

For faulty items purchased from a NOAH stockist, please return them to the place of purchase.
