At NOAH THE LABEL, we stand by the quality of our product and your satisfaction is important to us.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will happily offer a refund on your order within 30 days of receiving your jewellery subject to the following conditions.
- This does not include earrings due to hygiene reasons, please keep this in mind when placing an order.
- We do not offer returns or exchanges on orders within our Archive Sale as these are all final sale products.
- Orders placed with a discount code (excluding our welcome discounts). These are only eligible for a store credit/exchange.
- If you have ordered a PRE ORDER item, we can only offer a store credit/exchange as each item is specifically reserved and made for you.
- We do not offer returns on Gift Cards.
- Items must be in original condition, unworn and unaltered in their original packaging.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty item. Please visit our Returns Portal directly below to process your return. Colour tarnishing is not considered a fault as we can not control how the product is handled once it has left our warehouse.
Please note that faulty items purchased from a NOAH stockists are required to returned to the place of purchase.
